VraagKracht
The three self-organizing teams VraagKracht are known for their high quality standard of coaching, counseling, supervision and training to individuals, families, teams and communities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Within their strong solution Focused approach they integrate since 2009 Nonviolent Resistance and New Authority. Frank Van Holen (BE) trained the teams in 2009. In the following years further training in Israel and training and supervision by Peter Jacob (GB) followed.
In February 2013 VraagKracht organized a training course and conference in the Netherlands in collaboration with the New Authority Center team from Israel. The principles of New Authority and Nonviolent Resistance are used by VraagKracht in outpatient multifamily treatments and parent groups. They have also developed programs for schools, residential groups and parent trainings. VraagKracht has developed 4 day courses in New Authority & Nonviolent Resistance. These practical trainings are a mix of the principles and clinical work they do with Nonviolent Resistance, new authority, and solution Focused, and are always followed by at least two supervision sessions. Also their skills in "coaching on the job" are great. VraagKracht uses the new Authority and Nonviolent Resistance principles also on an innovative approach to nuisance and criminal youth groups and in addressing bullying in schools and at work.

De drie zelforganiserende teams van VraagKracht staan bekend om hun kwalitatief hoge standaard van coaching, hulpverlening, supervisie en training aan, individuen, gezinssystemen, teams en gemeentes in Nederland en België. Binnen hun sterk oplossingsgerichte aanpak integreren zij sinds 2009 Geweldloos Verzet en Nieuwe Autoriteit. Frank Van Holen (BE) trainde de teams in 2009. In de jaren daarna volgden training in Israël en bijscholing en intervisie van de teamleden door Peter Jacob (GB).
In februari 2013 organiseerden zij een training in Nederland met het New Authority Center team uit Israël gevolgd door een Conferentie. De principes van Nieuwe Autoriteit en Geweldloos Verzet worden door VraagKracht gebruikt in ambulante gezins-behandelingen en oudergroepen. Ook hebben ze programma’s voor scholen, residentiële groepen en oudertrainingen ontwikkeld. VraagKracht heeft 4 daagse trainingen ontwikkeld in Nieuwe Autoriteit & Geweldloos Verzet. Deze praktische trainingen zijn een mix van de uitgangspunten en het klinische werk wat zij doen met Geweldloos Verzet, nieuwe Autoriteit, en oplossingsgericht werken en worden altijd gevolgd door minstens 2 intervisie sessies. Maar ook de bedrevenheid in “coaching on the job” is groot. VraagKracht gebruikt de Nieuwe Autoriteit en Geweldloos Verzet gedachten daarnaast in een vernieuwende aanpak van overlast gevende en criminele jongerengroepen en in de aanpak van pesten op scholen en op de werkvloer.
