Die Systemische Akademie Bramsche wurde 2004 gegründet, um systemische Programme und systemisches  Arbeiten sowie die Mediation anzubieten. Zu dieser Zeit begannen wir auch die Ideen von Haim Omer und Arist von Schlippe zu verbreiten und damit zu arbeiten: das Konzept der Neuen Autorität. Wir entwickeln das Konzept weiter und wir arbeiten mit Führungskräften in Non-Profit-Organisationen und mittelständischen Unternehmen.
Im September 2013 startet eine 15-tätgige zertifizierte Ausbildung „Neue Autorität“, die bis Oktober 2014 laufen wird. Des Weiteren bieten Gruppensupervisionen, Einzelsupervisionen und in Institutionen an. Wir implementieren den Ansatz der Neuen Autorität in Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen, Schulen, Kindergärten etc.
Wir arbeiten zusammen mit anderen Instituten und Gruppen und bilden dadurch ein Netzwerk.

The Systemische Akademie Bramsche was founded in 2004 to offer systemic and mediation programs. From the very beginning we provided the ideas of Haim Omer and Arist von Schlippe:  NVR and the New Authority concept. We integrated the NVR & NA concept with our work and our own ideas and we are working nowadays with leaders in non-profit institutions, schools and in medium-sized centrists.
In September 2013 we’ll start a 15 day certificated training program in the New Authority that will last till October 2014. We offer supervision in groups, individual case supervision, supervision in institutions and we implement training programs of NVR in youth care services and other institutions like schools, Kindergarten etc. As is costumed in the NVR community we of course work together with other groups and institutions in a network to share our ideas and work.
